Hi! I'm Kristy Deys. The tools inside my signature program, Powerfully Peaceful, will take you from overwhelmed to balanced. From second-guessing to confident. From stuck to empowered. And from feeling like you have to push through… to truly enjoying your life.
But don’t take my word for it.
Come see for yourself.
Powerfully Peaceful is your solution!
You’ve built success through hard work, determination, and heart. But lately, it feels like the pace never stops. The pressure keeps building.
And even though you’re achieving every day, you’re:
You’re successful and respected, and yet, sometimes you feel like you’re one misstep away from being exposed. You downplay your wins, magnify your mistakes, and carry a relentless pressure to prove you deserve your role, your title and your success.
On the outside, you look composed and confident. On the inside, there’s a quiet whisper of, “Don’t mess this up.”
You’ve tried books, podcasts, and maybe even therapy. And yet, you still find yourself facing the same challenges, telling yourself it should be different...and wondering why you still feel stuck.

Powerfully Peaceful is designed for motivated women who are ready to move beyond overwhelm, build unshakable confidence, enhance their relationships, and lead with clarity and calm.

Your mind isn’t constantly racing. You’re able to think clearly, respond instead of react, and move through your day with a steady sense of inner calm, even when things get busy or unpredictable.
You express yourself with clarity. You set boundaries without guilt. You navigate difficult conversations with steadiness and emotional intelligence. People feel seen, respected, and safe in your presence. And that has a powerful ripple effect that transforms your team, family and friendships.
You know what actually matters to you. You’re clear on your priorities. You’re no longer chasing everything because you’re focusing on what’s meaningful and strategic at this time of your life and career.
You’re succeeding without sacrificing yourself. You have energy left at the end of the day. You’re building a life and leadership style that feels sustainable, supportive, and genuinely satisfying.
Not the loud, performative kind of confidence.
The grounded kind that comes from trusting yourself, honoring your strengths, and knowing you’re capable of handling whatever comes next.
Inside Powerfully Peaceful, you’ll learn how to regulate your nervous system, build self-trust, strengthen your communication, and lead with emotional intelligence so you can thrive in high-stakes environments without burning out or losing yourself in the process.
Together, we create a personalized path that supports both your leadership growth and your well-being because you don’t have to choose between success and peace.
Yet behind the success, they’re quietly carrying more than anyone sees:
The pace. The pressure. The exhaustion that comes from holding it all together.
And I also know this:
There is a better way to lead.
You’re doing well. You’re achieving. People respect you.
And yet…you never quite feel settled in your success. You downplay wins but replay small mistakes. You may quietly wonder, “Am I doing this right?”
You work harder and prepare more than seems necessary… just in case.
There’s a reason for this.
And it’s not because you’re broken.
It’s not because you lack confidence.
And it’s definitely not because you’re doing something wrong.
It’s a nervous system pattern.
Your nervous system is the internal system that shapes how safe, capable, and supported you feel in your body and in your life.
When it’s regulated, you naturally experience more clarity, steadiness, and confidence. When it’s been trained to live in survival mode, even success can feel tense, fragile, or never quite enough.
That’s what creates the “inner roadblocks” so many high-achieving women feel. It's not a lack of ability… but a system that learned to stay on high alert.
In the short video above, I share a bit of my story and how I moved from high-achieving survival mode into steady, grounded leadership. I also introduce the simple nervous system shifts that make powerful, peaceful leadership possible.
Watch the video to learn why your mind won’t turn off, why pressure sticks around even when you’re succeeding, and how to begin leading from regulation instead of survival.
After watching, if you’re curious to go a step deeper…
You can take the Inner Roadblock Assessment. It’s a short, insightful quiz that helps you identify the specific patterns your nervous system has learned under stress, what patterns may be keeping you stuck, and what will genuinely support you in creating calm, clarity, and confidence.
Not a personality test.
Not a diagnosis.
Just a practical starting point for understanding why things feel the way they do and what to do next. Once you see your patterns, you can start working with your nervous system instead of against it.
This is where real, sustainable change begins!
But the truth is, the people who perform at the highest levels don’t grow alone.
Every top athlete has a coach.
Not because they’re failing.
Not because they’re beginners.
But because external eyes help them see what they can’t see. They refine their fundamentals and continue getting better.
I didn’t seek coaching because I was failing. Quite the opposite. I sought coaching because I wanted to stop surviving and start being a more effective leader.
Through coaching, I gained:
Not overnight.
But steadily.
And that steady growth enhanced relationships in all areas of my life.
Coaching isn’t about fixing what’s broken. It’s about refining what’s already strong.
It’s about having skilled external support that helps you see blind spots, break limiting patterns, and build a leadership style that’s powerfully peaceful.
Because how good you are now matters.
But I believe it's how great you're going to be that really matters.

What truly makes my work different is that I understand, firsthand, how early childhood abuse can shape women long after they’ve grown up and left home. It shaped my beliefs about myself, fueled deep self-doubt, and ingrained in me a relentless drive to prove I was enough. For years, I looked successful on the outside while feeling pressure and insecurity on the inside.
I spent over 25 years in Corporate America, including the last decade as a Senior Director leading a high-performing team of 17 within a prominent healthcare organization. I know what it’s like to carry real responsibility, make high-stakes decisions, and live with constant performance expectations.
But everything shifted when I experienced coaching for myself and learned the power of regulating my nervous system. It wasn’t overnight, but it was transformational. I rebuilt trust with myself. I stopped leading from pressure and started leading from steadiness. I cultivated resilience that isn’t about pushing harder, but about operating from self-worth and authentic leadership presence. And for me, faith was woven in also.
Today, the foundation of everything I do is creating a space where women can exhale and feel safe to be honest with themselves, often for the first time in their lives. I help them regulate their nervous systems, communicate with confidence, lead with emotional intelligence, and navigate high-stakes environments with clarity and grounded authority.
I blend nervous system awareness, mindset mastery, and practical leadership strategy to create real, sustainable change.
My clients don’t just become more effective leaders. They learn how to powerfully lead themselves, and others, from a place of inner strength, balance, and peace.

A great coach helps you shorten the learning curve.
Instead of trying to figure everything out on your own, you have someone in your corner who can see what you can’t see yet, help you untangle what’s keeping you stuck, and guide you toward clearer, more effective ways of leading and living.
Personally, I’ve invested in coaches in a variety of ways: one-on-one, small group, and immersive programs. It has been one of the biggest reasons I was able to grow into a confident, effective leader in high-stakes environments.
Coaching doesn’t just change what you do.
It changes how you think, how you show up, and how you relate to yourself and others.
That shift alone can save you years of trial and error.
Most people think they need to be “more ready” before working with a coach.
In reality, feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of your next step is often the clearest sign that coaching would be supportive.
You don’t need to have everything figured out.
You don’t need a perfect plan.
If you know you want things to feel different , calmer, clearer, more sustainable and you’re open to being supported in getting there, coaching is likely a good fit.
We can explore this together during a complimentary consult.
We’ll talk about:
No pressure.
No convincing.
Just an honest conversation with you exploring your options.
Yes!
Not because you need to become a different person.
Not because you need to “fix” yourself.
But because your nervous system and your patterns are adaptable.
Most of what feels stuck isn’t a personal flaw; it’s learned survival.
When you start working with your system instead of against it, change becomes more accessible, more sustainable, and far less exhausting.
Transformation doesn’t happen overnight.
But meaningful shifts can begin much sooner than you think.
Therapy and coaching are both valuable, and they serve different purposes.
Therapy focuses on diagnosing and healing past wounds and trauma with a licensed mental health professional.
Coaching focuses on where you are now and where you want to go.
In coaching, we look at your patterns, your nervous system, your beliefs, and your leadership habits. Then we build practical, forward-moving strategies that help you create change in real time.
It’s reflective, supportive, and deeply practical.
Some of my clients work with both a therapist and a coach, because they address different (and complementary) parts of growth.
Great question! No, because that wouldn’t be worth your time.
You can find endless information online.
What most people can’t find is personalized application.
Inside Powerfully Peaceful, I’m not handing you generic tips. I’m helping you understand your patterns, your stress responses, and your leadership challenges. Then I guide you to build strategies that actually fit you.
You get personalized feedback, real-time support, and tools tailored to your nervous system, your goals, and your environment.
That’s very different than consuming content and hoping something sticks.
Many clients notice shifts in awareness, emotional steadiness, and self-trust within the first few weeks. It's all about taking consistent, small steps each day.
Deeper, more embodied changes continue to build over time.
This is why I work in a 3-month container. It gives us enough space to create meaningful, lasting change instead of quick fixes.
That’s more common than you think.
It doesn’t mean you’re lazy or incapable.
It usually means your nervous system is tired.
Part of our work is creating support structures and rhythms that make change feel doable instead of overwhelming.
You don’t have to rely on willpower alone.
No.
I work with women in a variety of leadership roles: people leaders, emerging leaders, directors, senior leaders, and high-achieving professionals who want to lead with more confidence, clarity, and steadiness.
If you see yourself as a leader (or know you’re becoming one), you’re in the right place! Because I don't believe leadership is tied to a job title.
